The free seminar “Advancing Europe’s Space Sovereignty: From Design Insight to Assured Operation”, to be held on Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Agorà Hall at the I3P incubator in Turin, Italy, will focus on New Space and the technological challenges associated with the space environment. The leading U.S. company Keysight Technologies will explore how digital transformation is revolutionizing operations, addressing the main challenges of production testing in the space industry and analyzing the latest developments in integrated test systems for payload validation, as well as how GNSS simulation and PNT optimization enable safer and more successful satellite missions.
The event, organized in collaboration with I3P and the ESA BIC Turin program, will also provide an opportunity to explore the adoption of 3GPP standards that enable the new capabilities of 5G-NTN and pave the way for the future 6G, along with the most advanced techniques for the rapid and accurate calibration and testing of phased arrays. This event is designed for professionals and innovators who want to understand the technologies that are redefining the future of satellite communications - and, potentially, embrace the challenges and opportunities they present.
The seminar will feature prominent participants such as Azcom, Celeste Technologies, Centro Ricerche RAI, and Space Industries, who will serve as special guests at the event to present projects, challenges, and lessons learned from their work in this rapidly evolving sector. The Keysight event at I3P will feature live demonstrations, hands-on sessions showcasing real-world implementations and measurement setups, and networking opportunities, with the chance to meet experts and solution providers throughout the seminar.
How to join the event
The seminar will take place on Thursday, October 1, 2026, starting at 10:30 a.m., in person at the Agorà Hall in the I3P incubator headquarters, located in the Campus of Politecnico di Torino in Turin, Italy, and accessible via the pedestrian entrances at Corso Castelfidardo 34 and Via Borsellino 53/N.
