Osmium’s focus is the resilience of systems and communications for the aerospace industry. Although Osmium Italy is a newly formed company, the entrepreneurs are already working in aerospace cybersecurity projects for public (ESA) and private customers from their Spain-based company.

Osmium Italy’s focus is the development of cybersecurity solutions for space embedded systems. Osmium OS is a hardened Linux OS for satellites with a set of tools that facilitates its secure configuration, automatizes the SW vulnerability assessment and allows for secure live upgradability of SW when in orbit.

The mission of the start-up is to safeguard the aerospace industry's digital transformation and enable the secure use of digitalization, connectivity, and SW-based spacecraft and aircraft to guarantee the safety, integrity, and resilience of its customers' missions and operations.
